We are excited to announce our call for nominations and the date of our July 2026 Meeting.
Do you know a charity that could use $10,000? Nominations for the July 2026 meeting are open!
Please use this link (https://bit.ly/wwcnominations) to get to our Nominations Form. The deadline to apply is 5:00 PM Wednesday, July 1. The results of our drawing for the three finalists to present will be announced on July 2nd.

PLEASE SAVE THE DATE. Our upcoming in-person meeting is: Thursday July 16, 2026
at the 2nd floor meeting room at RiverMead in Peterborough. The facility has an elevator. Registration and mingling with refreshments begin at 6:00 PM, and the meeting starts promptly at 6:30 PM. We'll be looking for volunteers to help with greeting, badges, and refreshments, so please keep an eye out for an email with sign-up information next week.

Nominated for the July 2026 Quarterly Meeting

Intended use of funds: Funding will be used to bring in experts to develop a new math curriculum for our students, as well as purchase necessary textbooks for the new program.

Intended use of funds: Funds will be used for bike helmets, adaptive bikes, and a cargo trailer to store and transport the bikes.

Children and the Arts
Intended use of funds: Funds will be used to cover artist fees, materials and artists for hands on art activities, and equipment rental for the festival, and transportation and stipends for artists participating in school residencies
